Xiaomi have also included a touch-enabled top surface that allows users to control the Yeelight. Adjust the brightness, select different modes or slide your finger to choose the colors. Three preset modes are available: white, flow and night mode. The base is made of a brushed aluminum housing that contains the hardware to adjust the 14 LEDs. Firmware uses a color-mixing algorithm to combine to create up to 16,000 different color temperatures.
