After a long hiatus the venerable marque of Alfa Romeo has finally returned to American shores. Here’s some video of the new 505-horsepower Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Pricing was recently announced with base models starting at $37,995 and topping out at $72,000 MSRP for the bella macchina we see here.
Alfa left the American market in 1994 after a buyout by Fiat and failed marketing agreement with (ironically) Chrysler. While several threats to return to the U.S. have taunted us over the years, it wasn’t until 2007 that serious efforts were made. But it was 2014 before the sporty 4C was finally available in showrooms.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio features distinct styling and the most powerful engine ever developed in a production Alfa Romeo with an all-new 505-hp 2.9L bi-turbo intercooled V-6, carbon fiber hood, roof and rear spoiler, adaptive performance suspension, DNA Pro with Race Mode, torque vectoring, carbon fiber active aero front splitter, carbon fiber interior accents, 3D Navigation and more.
